I am am a Certified Residential Appraiser and have probably appraised over 3,000 homes in the last 15 years Originally working as a staff appraiser from 1995 to 1998 gave me the knowledge and experience to become a contract employee for Ditech.com from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to present i have been working on my own for various lenders, brokers, banks, mortgage companys and individuals not to exclude AMC's. As an independent contractor I have enjoyed my travels.. I have employed and trained three individuals since that time whom have moved on to better pastures with their own licenses. In 2000 I obtained an Arizona license to do border line properties for a particular mortgage company when appraisers were not available in Arizona. I love to travel. Areas covered are Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, San Diego and Riverside counties. I Enjoy meeting and working with the people of Southern California.
